General Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to all appointment bookings that are made via Smoothline®'s website. Smoothline® is a company of Smoothline AG headquartered in Zurich. Smoothline® is a registered trademark.

Appointment bookings

Appointment bookings are binding. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please tell us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a late cancellation fee will be charged.

Treatment costs

Treatment costs are your responsibility and must be paid after treatment. Smoothline accepts all major payment methods (cash, Maestro, PostFinance Card, MasterCard, VISA, American Express).

Absence of guarantee of content

Smoothline does not guarantee that the information and statements published on its website are accurate, complete or up-to-date. Use of the information and content provided on this website is the exclusive responsibility of the user. Smoothline reserves the right to change parts of web pages or the entire website without special announcement, and to supplement, delete or remove the website temporarily or permanently.

Handling of personal data

Smoothline undertakes to treat personal data as strictly confidential. All doctors working at Smoothline are subject to medical confidentiality.

Applicable legislation, place of jurisdiction

All legal relationships between the customer and Smoothline are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

Supplementary provisions

Smoothline reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions were last changed on 1 October 2014.
