Connective tissue / connective tissue weakness

Connective tissue weakness is due to age-related or systemic functional weakness of the supporting tissues. In the face, it results in slackening of the skin with wrinkle formation and sagging of the facial contours. Sagging of facial contours can be corrected with structuring filler treatments. More information on shaping treatments can be found here: Structuring Treatments.
