Perspiration Treatment
Botox/Botulinum toxin could treat excessive underarm perspiration (Hyperhidrosis axillae). A small amount of Botulinum toxin is injected into the skin using a fine needle, putting the sweat glands into an idle state. The effect lasts four to seven months. The treatment should not be repeated more often than every 16 weeks.
